Scooters claim to offer gluten free options. I am a coeliac and had breakfast there. Even though I asked for 100% gluten free they served me with normal bread. After I had some of the bread I inquired, and then they confirmed it was not GF bread. They claimed they understood I only wanted the hash browns GF. Even though they said they were going to refund me for having made the mistake, they never actually did and the manager clearly was not too bothered about it. COELIACS beware!!! They most certainly do not take providing GF seriously.

I’ve been to this great cafe on quite a few occasions. We’ve always thoroughly enjoyed our coffees, cakes and brunch meals. The staff are always friendly and there’s always a great selection of food available from the cabinet and on the menu board. I’d recommend this cafe to anyone wanting an enjoyable daytime dining experience

I ate here today with my husband and son for lunch. They have curly fries and chocolate brownie – so my son was sold from the get-go. My husband and I both chose sandwiches from the cabinet that were heated for us, which I thought was especially nice on a rainy day. The sandwiches were fairly standard cafe fare and perhaps could have done with a bit of chutney/relish on the side. The food was brought to us in a timely manner and the fries which would have been cooked to order arrived at the same time as the cabinet food – which I personally prefer over food arriving in a staggered manner. Coffee was good. Pricing was standard. Staff were kind of neutral neither friendly nor unfriendly. Over-all a pleasant lunch just missing that’x’ factor.

Went for a quick bite to eat with my sister and was recommended that the cafe was good. Parking is a bit of a nightmare around lunch and all the cafe parking spaces were gone.
Food all looked fine, but average in cabinet so went for a bagel & sister had fritters.
It was just OK, nothing special and there are many other cafes nearby that offer more exciting fare at a similar price.
Coffee was fine.

A busy little place, popular with the locals. Good range of food and good value. The private room off the main cafe area is great for small meeting of up to 16 people. I ear here often and would go back. Friendly staff and busy but friendly atmosphere.

I have only eaten here once (it was for brunch) but unfortunately found the food and coffee quite average. Will not be rushing to go back.
