Reviews for Rosie O’Gradys Irish Pub

Customer service isn’t impressive. No one takes away glasses as you finish or wipes down tables after use. When asked about what items on the menu were gluten-free none of the bar staff understood. Once they finally they informed me that they couldn’t be sure and did not make any attempt to accommodate. We were asked to leave only 5 minutes after closing even though and my friends and I provided a hefty amount of income for the night.

went to rosies last week, had good service and good food, prices are fine aside for steaks being too expensive. Waited under 10 minutes which was a nice change from other places we go for dinner.
will be back

Agree with other poster.
Poor service, slack workers and took forever to bring out a snack of chips while the rugby was on and the place was empty.

9th January 2011-
My wife and I went to Rosie’s on Friday 6th January for a meal and a drink.
When we arrived there was about 15 people in the pub.
When we went to the bar there was no welcome from the bar staff, we asked if there was a wait on the food, NO was the answer, we asked what was the normal wait time, OH ABOUT 15 MINUTES was the answer.
We then ordered our food and drinks.
I ordered a Cheese Stick to start and a Chicken,Bacon & Mushroom pie; good meal, I enjoyed it.
My wife had a Shrimp Cocktail & a Fish Burger, she also enjoyed it.
The two so called barmen (1 with his baseball cap turned around the other way on his head & wearing shorts and jandals) were more interested in sucking on their staff drinks and talking to a customer who was leaning on the corner of the bar.
We never saw the two barmen clearing plates, glasses or even wiping clean used tables, I even saw 2 customers come in and got two menus, came up to a table and 1 of them using his menu to flick food scraps of the table onto the floor.
Absolutely no customer skills.
Absolutely no pride in keeping their pub clean and tidy
