The Millhouse is a bit of an undiscovered gem, as I am not a member of Millbrook resort near Arrowtown. Initially we were invited as guests and enjoyed ourselves so much went back again and again last year.
The Millhouse looks out at a small lake shrouded by snow capped alps – Wow.
The food is a real gem, well thought through menu and wine list, beautifully cooked with understanding of how to do things very well.
Service was by a local girls clearly well trained by a tall blond French lady, who was clearly keeping a caring watchful eye on all the tables. Great location, menu and people, we loved it.
