KAFFAY creates delicious Sweet and Savoury pancakes that can satisfy many dietary needs: the traditional savoury pancake known as the GALETTE and the sweet pancake, or CRÊPE are large, light and very thin.
The GALETTE is a large thin pancake made with buckwheat flour, which really compliments savoury toppings and fillings. Equally tasty with sweet toppings, the GALETTE is wheat, gluten, and sugar free with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Our GALETTES are ideal for those with various dietary requirements.
Our CRÊPES are the well-known French style pancake, large and very thin made using our traditional recipe and is the base of many mouth watering sweet toppings and fillings.
