Drive through sushi! Fully re-furbished and under new ownership since late 2011, Hobson Sushi has two unique reasons for you to come visit us!
Firstly, we have over 50 varieties of sushi for you to choose from! This includes a selection of deep-fried delights that you won’t find in most sushi shops (check out our seafood on a stick…). Plus an enormous range of sushi rolls and inari options.
Secondly, Hobson Sushi has a drive-through driveway for you to use if you’re in your car! Pull into the Korean Save Mart supermarket on Hobson Street (on the right hand corner, just before Cook St), and pull up to our front doors. You can park there while you pop in to grab your sushi from us! Drive-thru sushi in the CBD? You bet!

This sushi was fresh and delicious. Driving thru to pick up sushi is a bonus. And I loved that there was a huge range of sushi fillings – especially good for my vegetarian leanings.
The place is little – but still enough room to perch on a bar-stool & bench at the window to watch the world go by if I had more time.
It had a really clean, fresh feel to the place. Furnishings look brand new actually.
