this cafe proved all the other comments wrong, the staff were very friendly, most amazing coffee i have ever had, and the food… excellent. i think the people who have written bad comments need to go back and try again i go there almost everyday and i am very pleased every time, if its busy you expect for the food to take a little longer, or would u rather have it rushed and be rubbish….. 5 huge stars for this cafe thank you for my pleasant experience

Very very poor

Couldn’t make a decent coffee if their lives depended on it, awful unfirendly service and the place is just filthy.

Will grab my coffee elsewhere next time I go to the garden centre at Mitre 10.

Deserves -5 stars…..

Hello, this is the manager of Espresso Garden Cafe. Regarding your review of our cafe, we are very concerned as to what made your experience so unpleasant for you. We take our customer’s advice and opinions very seriously and would like to further improve our service and quality. Could you please give a description of the person who served you that day? It would be very helpful for us and we can train our staff to be even better. 80% of our customers are regular and always leave great comments so we think you must’ve had an extremely terrible experience. i wants to give a 0 out of 10 because the service is really bad as. when things get really busy i waited for 20mins for my dish which is really unthinkable. also the condition is dirty and i found sb’s hair in the coffee!!

The coffee was the best I have had in a long time! The place is beautiful and relaxing to be in. My friends and I went there for coffee and we were served really nicely too! It was a great place to catch up with my friends. Their bacon egg benedict was delicious.
