This was the best cafe find on a recent holiday in the Mount, excellent service, and the best cafe food I have found for quite some time, and that includes a few Auckland cafes too, they could learn a thing or two from this place. The best thing about Captains Table is that it is slightly set back from the main street so you don’t get too much of the street traffic noise while enjoying your lunch, morning or afternoon tea, as this place has something for all times of the day.
