by Melody M. 24th July 2009: My experiance there was ruined by the lack of staff, on a busy day there was only one man at the counter! i ordered nachos which were preseanted in a soggy manner. I think there is a need here to up the standards a bit.

Hi Melody. I am very sorry that the visit to Bookers wasn’t any better than a 2 star rating. I can only assume that it was after 2.30pm, because that is when there is only 1 staff member on because it is (generally) quiet, but by the sounds of things it was busy. As for the Nachos, it is very hard to put meat on chips, heat, and melt cheese without the chips getting soggy, next time we could put them on the side! The standards are kept very high, and we take pride in being one of the best cafes in Invercargill-And a lot of the comments we receive via letter/over the counter is very, very positive. We hope you have confidence to enter Bookers again. Regards.

by Tania H. Henderson 5th March 2008: The Cafe in the Warehouse is brilliant, the service from the staff at the service counter was super. The coffee was the best I’ve had in a very long time, the Nachos were yummy!

I’ll defiantly be back Bookers,
